CONTAINER CONVERSIONS 20ft x 16ft workshop CS36808
This unit needed to be extra wide, and so we used two 20ft second hand containers removed two of the long sides to create a 20ft x 16ft area. Our team went to site to assemble the two containers, which involved bolting the two units together, installing the rest of the ply lining, adding on the PVC Top Hat to the seam of the two containers at the top, and flash banding the edges to completely seal the unit. This was then touched up with paint to blend in.
Find out more about this process on page Joining Up Shipping Containers.
The customer has since added their own cladding to the exterior of the container as part of their Planning Permission requirements, which blends in beautifully with the surrounding area.

Testimonial"Fast, factual and efficient response to my initial enquiry. Supportive with the length of time it has taken for us to secure grant funding, then have to go through the planning application process and still honoured the original quote. A top class service which I would definitely use again on other projects that I am involved in and would highly recommend Containers Direct to others"
