Construction Components
The product is delivered with these parts:
- Side, walls and roof panels - 0.60mm box profile galvanized steel panels. The panels are reinforced with welded galvanized steel frame sections at the intersection of each panel. Roof panel allows for rainwater dispersal.
- Floor - Pre-fabricated 18mm grade 3 'Norbord' Canadian Sterling Board fixed to a galvanised steel ring frame.
- Fastening elements - Four 12mm diameter rods are used to connect the roof to the chassis. Extra roof security bolts are supplied, to be fitted internally, to prevent external access.
- Door panel - 0.60mm box profile galvanized steel panel. The panel is fabricated by a welding process. The door is fixed into the frame with galvanized hinges. Complete with two 64mm Euro deadlocks with replaceable cylinders and a central roller catch. Door width: 1250mm, hinged on the right, outward opening.
- Chassis - Box profile galvanised steel.
- Powder coating - Optional powder coating in green (RAL 6005) or blue (RAL 5010). Other colours from the standard RAL range are available upon request.
- The Insulated Expandastore - Panels are composed of an outer and inner 0.40mm skin painted with 5 micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet with 40mm thickness and polyurethane insulation in between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White. Door panels are insulated with glasswool.
- Additional Information - Doors fitted in the long side are a no-cost option subject to a maximum 10 weeks lead time.
