Small garden offices are delivered in flat pack form, ready for self-assembly, and as each component is light enough to be carried by hand to the required spot for erection, you don't need to have space for a large delivery lorry with a crane, in the way that standard shipping containers are delivered. The smallest 2m size will fit in even the most limited space to give you a mini garden office. With prefabricated garden offices you can save on both space and delivery costs! If you have room for something bigger, these units are modular, so once delivered you can join them up to create larger areas of work space. Self assembly
The ExpandKabin requires self-assembly, but with a simple set of tools and basic DIY, the smallest 2m size can be put together in less than an hour! For larger size offices of 3m and 4m allow for one extra pair of hands and a little extra time per metre. These steel garden offices come with a half height window and steel personnel door as standard. The interior is lined in a white finish and comes fully insulated, making the inside light and comfortable.Construction
Security is a key feature of the ExpandaKabin, featuring a double locking system and thick steel walls. Chose from a range of optional extras that include an insulation pack, electrical pack, full height glazed windows and door panels. Ask for a linking kit if you wish to join garden offices together. They can be linked either side-to-side or end-to-end.
