This conversion featuring joined up containers for an electrical supplier has a total width of 16ft inside, which allows plenty of space for the essential equipment that needs to be housed inside the plant room - this includes air compressors and vacuum units. We cut out and reinforced three apertures into the walls to run the equipment through.
Inside the containers are ply lined, which ensures dry, condensation-free conditions that would otherwise damage the electrical equipment. To ensure the plant room doesn't overheat with the equipment running, the personnel entry doors have large louvered vents fitted into them.
