ISO steel shipping containers are not manufactured from new in a 16 ft length, as odd sizes are not compatible with the intermodal systems designed to transport sea containers. However, as shipping containers also make excellent quality storage containers offering strength and security, Containers Direct see no reason why these should be restricted to 20ft containers and 40ft containers, which are standard sizes. We also give you the cheapest delivery rates available, direct from our nearest depot to your location. We always hold stock in store if you're in a hurry!

Made from cutting up 40ft shipping containers into pieces that become 2 x 16ft plus one 8ft containers, we then complete them with new doors and walls to close up the open ends.
