Containers cut to any length
These are made from larger standard size ISO containers, the 20ft shipping container and the 40ft shipping container. We can cut down to any required size between 5ft and 40ft. The containers retain a standard of width of 8ft. Once the container has been cut down, we use 16mm gauge corrugated steel to form a new end wall, and then offer our clients a choice of doors. We can retain the original doors, but our flat panel doors designed for easier use are also popular on storage containers. All work carried out is fully seam welded to ensure the container remains watertight.
New small containers - built from scratch
Containers Direct are now selling the CTX range of small shipping containers. These containers are new, built to the similar standards as larger cargo containers, instead of being cut down from these. This means their strength and security equals containers built for the shipping industry, which exceeds those built exclusively for storage.
They are imported from Europe and travel Russian doll style, meaning that as well as being smaller in length, their width and height will vary from standard shipping container sizes. With four sizes to choose from, 6ft, 7ft, 8ft and 10ft, these containers have all standard features of shipping containers including corrugated steel body, galvanised locking bars, laminated plywood floor and fork lift pockets.

These small storage containers for sale are designed for hard to read places with difficult access, such as gardens, and smaller spaces. Metal flat pack containers are delivered on a flat bed truck, are fully man portable and require simple self-assembly. They are a popular choice for gardens and are modular, meaning they can joined together to give you larger areas of storage space. These are available in 2m, 3m and 4m sizes, or 1.5m for our specialist bike stores and garden stores. Flat pack garden offices are also a popular choice.

Made exclusively at Containers Direct these are new build narrow containers that we make to widths of 5ft, 6ft and 7ft. We can make SlimLine® containers to any required length, as well as any height. They are designed for the smallest of narrow spaces or storage loads that require more length then width. They are cut from brand new 1.6mm steel sheeting with 3mm thick steel panel doors, or the option of a roller shutter door. New build small shipping containers are perfect for fitting into narrow spaces.
