We built this bespoke new-build plant room for Wirral-based Kimpton Ltd for installation at Welburn Hall School. The extra-wide and extra-high unit included 8ft louvred double doors, insulated Plastisol lining, Unistrut and a steel durbar floor.
5.6m Linked Expandakabin Office
Court Hey Park, Huyton
For Knowsley Council, two self-assembly Expandakabin office units were linked end-to-end at Court Hey Park, with additional full-height glazed door and window panels for the finished office space.

20ft therapy space
Based on our popular ModiBox® portable office design, this tranquil oasis tucked away between the trees, is located on Bath City Farm. Used as a therapy in nature space we used wood cladding to cover the front of the shipping container and repainted the remainder green, to blend in nicely with its surroundings. Lined and insulated inside, for temperature and sound control, it will provide comfort and privacy for its users all year round. The patio style doors and turn and tilt widows are optional upgrades to our standard ModiBox® features, adding a sleek and professional appearance and letting plenty of light inside for a bright and airy ambience.
