Sample product - please call to discuss personal requirements
This one trip 20ft shipping container has been converted for our client into a control house for biomass energy conversion plant. It has a partition incorporating a perspex panel, and two personnel doors.

Step 1 - Cutting door apertures

A framework for the each new door has to be made first, then apertures cut into the specified positions, ready to weld the framework into. A drip rail is also welded to the top of the aperture, so the new door can be attached.

Creating the partition

The first step is to make a steel frame work, and weld this into the container Next we cut steel sheets using our guilllotine, which are used to fill the framework. A gap was left for the perspex window.

The perspex panel

The 600mm x 600m perspex panel cut and fitted into the partition creates a viewing area and allows more light in to both sections of the container.

Fitting the personnel doors and repainting

Once the interior of the container has been adapted, we can complete the outside, with new doors and repainting.
