Flat panel doors

Bunded floor with returning lip

We fit a durbar, anti slip steel floor plate to the container, which protect the underlying marine ply floor from spillages. We fit an anti spillage, returning lip to contain leaks. When the container is finished we paint over this for a smarter appearance.

Shipping vents

We fitted two 6 inch shipping container vents to the top of the longside wall, which will aid the escape of fumes, and help reduce the temperature within the container. A larger louvered vent will also be fitted to assist with this.

Louvered vent

This large 500mm vent is fitted into the aperture we cut into the container. For more on all types of vents see our article Shipping Container Vents

Finishing off

The container ceiling is treated with Grafotherm,which is sprayed directly into the ceiling to inhibit condensation formation. The exterior of the container is resprayed in Moss Green.
