We welded three rows of 10mm solid steel rod around the inside of the container, to secure the shelving unit and tool rack. Then the whole interior, including the furniture, was repainted grey.
We installed lighting heads and dual voltage - 110v and 240v - external hook up.
To finish, the exterior is repainted in ultramarine blue. The container is now ready to be delivered to our client, for use as a portable workshop on the railways.
This is a particularly detailed job, with specific requests for custom built shelving and racks, to be bolted in to place in the container. Therefore we produced two CAD drawings - one for the overall plan, and the other for the shelving designs.
